I would contact Michelin... sounds like a bad tire. ?

Do you have access to another set of wheels/tires ? Try switching out one axle and go for a test drive. It sounds to me that one of the tires is bad/defective.

One other thing... look at the tire build dates... maybe one tire is older than the rest. There is a four digit code on the sidewall... like... 0518, which means the tire was built on the fifth week or 2018. All four tires should be pretty close build dates.

Maybe also ask your tire dealer to get you another set of tires... bc your set makes this noise. A bad belt inside the tire can make a bad wheel bearing type noise when at speed.
