I get a sound like that once in a while from the rear right, but it's really loud as if the seatbelt had been pulled 1-2 feet from the seat and released.
The only thing I noticed last week was that the USB audo playback got staticky only on the rear right channel immediately after I heard the "seatbelt hitting the seat sound". Sounded almost like an amp issue with radio -- could the two be related?!
