So, I happened to read a book yesterday about the history of the M5. In the book, they tell you things to looks out for when searching for a used one. On a number of the newer iterations, the author commented that a knocking sound coming from the rear of the car when hitting bumps is likely a worn out rear shock mount. Hmm…
