Price will fluctuate a bit based on market value of e82 chassis and the type of salvage m3 you go.
Expect at a minimum to pay ~$15k for 135i/128i, ~$12-16k for an m3, 12-15k labor + $1500 for coding/ tuning / gauge cluster work for the mechanical portion. 1M body work if same color will run around ~$13k for a full job.
Options like CF roof, BBK, fresh rod bearings, CSF cooling package ( radiator, steering, oil cooler, Trans cooler) coilovers, dinan parts etc are all extra but you save a lot in labor doing it all at once.
