Last time I checked (admittedly this was in 03-04) you couldn't ship a POV without it being registered and if it's registered at least temporarily, most states want you to pay sales tax on it. But it IS an idea that I'll make a few calls on this week
(Then I just need to find a US dealer with production slots, lol)
