First lens was about 6.5 hours to get it off. Second took me about 2 hours. I imagine if I did another I could get closer to that 45 minute time. Not hard, just tedious.
As far as replacement lenses, I have not seen any available. Which is a bummer cuz mine have some scratches from the PO.
