Had to jump through hoops to order this! Talk to about 6 dealers and only one can actually do it. Most others didn't even know it existed or were not interested in my business. BMW USA just could care less about the 1 series, especially in the Bay Area where they sell a thousand times more of the 3 and 5. I wonder how they expect to sell the new i3 and the upcoming fwd 1series with this kind of attitude! BMW really need to take notes from business with great customer focus to elevate them to the next level if they want to make cars for the masses.
