How about we use our old "Motel One" location in Garching? The U-bahn is right there and ///M GmbH for our meeting point before we all drive to the "event". What do you think?

My buddy is going as well but he already has a hotel in the city. I'm going to check on rates for that hotel (and parking) tonight. If we don't end up staying at his hotel I think the Motel One in Garching is a great idea. Good parking and great transportation available.
