He's in a 1 Series race car with DCT. Not a 1M.

1m or 1 series, the only stock part I recognize are the side mirrors....not much of an original E82 left....

not only that, the 911 obviously had an issue at the end there. The BMW was putting too much track between them all of a sudden after the pass.

Great driving skills! I'm sure he looked so good because the Porsche "had issues" otherwise he wouldn't stand a chance

Quote:
These are the specs per a commenter on Jalopnik.

Gearbox is 6 speed full seq with paddle shift on steering wheel.

I wonder what the result might have been if he was driving a 1M (I think he has 2 of them).

Sum of all parts... is the hardware from that 1er superior or inferior compared to a bone stock 1M?

Most likely superior...that looks like a dedicated track machine. The 1M is definitely track material out of the box, but it's not a hardcore track-only car.

VERY nice driving on Advevo's part. Looks like that GT3 driver gave him a little "LuV tap" too once he got pas the first time. Bravo to Advevo for taking the high road and passing that GT3 driver again(!) cleanly!!

The Porsche had more HP (you could see it easily pulling away on the straights), but Advevo had the advantage on the corners. Looked like Advevo had the better lines too and car control after the "luv tap" and a few other reactions from changing lines. Also looked like he rattled the Porsche driver a bit. All in all a pleasure to watch!

Advevo was clearly the superior driver. Well done! Could you imagine if he had driven the GT3?

Great driving skill. It's like "hello I'm the guy who is catching up to you and I want to pass" the fatty GT3 just was too pig headed and driving in his rear view. Blocking at times. JUST GET OUT OF MY WAY MAN! AdEvo you were obviously faster. Still have crush

Thx for al the nice responses.

It was very hard to overtake him. I was to far away on the straights to out brake him. GT3 had lots more power.

1M Susi lol a secret admirer.
