What is this behind Exhaust
Was going to do an exhaust swap on my 128i an noticed this electrical unit welded to my exhaust. what is this? am i going to need to weld this unit to my berk exhaust?

It just opens and closes a butter fly "flap" in 1 of the exhaust outlets. Performance exhausts donot have this feature so just tape up the end of the electrical wire out of the way.

It's a vacuum hose....plug it with a screw.
