Just ordered!! + Details

Hey Guys,

First off, thanks a lot for all the great information that's posted in this forum. This helped immensely as I was going through the process of leasing my first BMW. I'm lucky enough to have 2 dealers within a few miles from my house and had a great experience with the second dealer. Here's the details of my lease if anyone is interested!

2011 BMW 128i
Alpine White
Taupe Boston Leather
Walnut Trim
M Sport
Moonroof
HK Audio
Value Pkg

And... my lease details:

MSRP 34,400
Cap Cost 32,800
Due @ signing: 1,000 (Incl. first payment, tax, doc fee, etc)
MF: .0018 + .00015 (sec. deposit) = .00195
Residual: 63% (12k miles, 36 month)
Lease payment: $460/mo

After reading a bit more on the forums, it seemed like it would be pretty tough to get a much lower cap cost on a 2011 ordered car. I didn't negotiate that hard w/ the second dealer as I was pretty happy with this lease payment. The CA was incredible and the entire deal took < 30 minutes at the dealer. AMAZING!

I'm so stoked! Car is actually getting built Week 35.. next week? (just a few days after I ordered it!) Should be getting a late-september deliver if things go well.

Thanks again and hopefully I helped out some others who are trying to figure out a fair lease payment!
