E85 misfires

So just the other day i figured id try running a little e85..car ran great and pulled hard. Today I got in it and went to do a 3rd gear pull and once i got to WOT the CEL came on and car ran like ass. Pulled over and shut the car off. Fired right back up no CEL. Did a few more pulls without issue. Pulled up next to one of those clowns driving a 5.0 and got to WOT and had the same issue. Pulled over and read the codes. Only code i have is misfire in cylinder 6. Any suggestions? gonna swap coils and see if misfire moves with coil. Didn't have this issue til i put e85 in the car. Only mods are JB4 and DCI. 30/70 e85/91 mix. Running map 5. Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you could get a log that might help guide us in the right direction.. Could be something as simple as a coil, but seems a bit odd that it only happens with the E85.

+1 for log
My guess is that it is either spark plugs, ingition coils or injectors. You are doing the correct thing by swapping spark plugs
If the problem only happens on E85, it might be a fuel issue. Your fuel pump might be going bad and is unable to deliver enough fuel causing the misfire.

Forgot to mention spark plugs are brand new. And I'll try to get a log Haven't got that in depth on the jb4 yet. Only had for a month or so. But once I run this tank of gas out I'm gonna fill up without e85 and see if the issue is still there
