code dash lights to always on

OK, I need some assistance please. I have a '13 128 e88 where I want to enable the dash lights to be on all the time. I've used Carly and protools and I've set the few codes I know to set to have the lights stay on. Nothing I've done has worked even though the coding says it's enabled. I know I'm missing a line of code somewhere and I'm hoping this is a simple fix. I've searched the forums in hopes of a quick answer, but my search engine prowess is weak and I didn't find the info I wanted.

Can someone point me in the right direction please? Appreciate the help...

Sorry cant help but, can I ask why in the world would you want to do that? You just shorten the the lifespan of the dash lights if you do that.

As little as the car is driven, I don't think a bulb life span is anything to worry about. That said, I was able to code the dash lights always on in my e90 and it really helped. I'm sure you've been in low light situations where the sun is in your face and you can't read the dash. It's just a personal preference for me.

It's parameter: M_TAG_SKALENBELEUCHTUNG (which litteraly means M_Day Scale_lighting)

It's connected to the daytime running lights. So they are always on IF the DRL's are also set to on.
Default is only on for M3's.
I don't need mine to me on all the time, but I could test if it does what it says. Although I have little doubt it wouldn't work.

Bulbs are leds, so these will last for a very long time.
