Pressure Lip Seal how do they go on?

Hi guys,

This probably a stupid question

I removed my bumper to be repainted and I have no idea how these go on. Thought I would find out before I put the bumper back on.

Do they fit under the bumper ?

Yes, under the bumper.
They are the rubber side pieces.

It goes bumper cover, lip seal, inner fender (bottom up).
