Best LA dealer for service? loaner policy?
RANT: I just found out that some dealers won't give a loaner unless you bought your car there. This was a shock b/c coming from infiniti, i could go to almost any dealer, leav the car for an oil change, and drive off in another g35 for the day. I thought with BMW it would be similar if not better (i thought i read on this forum somewhere that they even have a service where they pick up your car, which made sense to me for the freaking money we're paying).
QUESTIONS: 1) Where in LA can you get a loaner regardless of whether you baught the car there? 2) What are the policies re loaners other than that? 3) which dealers in LA are good at diagnosing problems and fixing them? My most dreaded thing is where a dealer will say that "this is normal." If i bring a car in for warranty issues its a defect, if its normal for other cars, its still a defect. Thanks

I asked a salesmen at New Century BMW in Alhambra about this, and he said they would give loaners to anyone no matter where they bought their BMW as long as it was still under warrenty. Don't know if thats a BMW or other rental or what tho...
