How difficult to fix Curb Rash on black 182 rims?

I have access to many drills/sanders, paints...basically a full garage. I have moderate curb rash on my black 182 rims..because I'm a dumbass. Any info on how easy/difficult it would be to make them look reasonably presentable?
How much will a repair shop charge to sand and paint a black rim?
any info appreciated...

Where I go in Il, around $100 a wheel. Alloy, painted, etc. A good guy will make them look brand new.
