300 x 24mm.
http://realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?...66&hg=34&fg=07 But for the price on that website... I would go with BMW dealer bought rotors. The performance ones for my 135i listed out at 180 euros each. I bet these smaller rotors are much less. schmiedmann.de has them for only 72 euros! http://www.schmiedmann.de/3411685499...uktnummer.aspx

You can run 330mm rotors of 130i size if you swap the caliper carrier
Than you can use e89 z4 front rotor in 330mm size. Its two piece like 135i fronts Oh an Performance Friction makes a very expensive 2 piece rotor and pads for the 330i which uses 130's rotors and caliper cariers, but not the caliper Also, it be interesting to know posibilities if e36m3 rotors fit with 330i caliper carriers http://www.ecstuning.com/News/BMW_E3...tors/ES514030/ Someone should compare rotor with diagrams to 330i/130i/z4 rotors

Here is what you need
- The caliper stays - same as on 130i - The caliper carrier is different - Swap caliper carrier to the 330i part and the rubber seals to fresh ones Parts list - 330i Carrier: 34116769097, the calliper carrier bracket from z4 e89, 330i, 130i, 123d, x1 http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/34116769097/ES59880/ here is 128i version Note that 128i version is missing the "ears" and the sides are rougher vs the smooth 330i carrier - 330mm x24mm Rotors: Part 34116782601 or 34116794427 not sure why there are 2 of these part numbers for the same kit: http://realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?...l=17&lang=enUS

Sometimes I'm really amazed that they bother to intentionally manufacture such minor differences.

I think its a Macro view
The smaller rotors are cheaper for the target market customer. Or BMW wants to spend % $ in mfg on smaller market share

Andrey, you really go above and beyond to find things like this. I wouldn't even think to go to two generations down for compatibility haha. Then again, I'm only learning the most about bmw now.

Fitment doesn't necessarily indicate functionality sadly with bias considerations.

If I had my M3 in the same city I'd give it a shot one weekend since I have access to both cars. Either way, it shouldn't be hard to find a used E36 M3 caliper carrier and rotor to test fit.

I dont know if brake bias would matter, 128i BMW Perf BBK is just a front set and software. So anyone can slap on a front only BBK from say AP racing or Brembo and do the software update.
Also, my 135i brakes seem to be very good without any software, same to 328i owners who swapped to 335i brakes. @pj.rodriguez These things I found out of frustration. Last year my 128i brakes squealed mad and I had to replace. But I wanted to know all the options, hense how I discovered z4 rotor posibility/330i brake carriers. After a while you realize the car is like LEGO, m3 control arms fit, subframe fits etc

130i has the caliper from the 128i, but it sits on a different carrier. You can keep your 128i brake pads Before I could commit, I stumbled upon a dealer take off caliper & rotors from 135i for a steal of a price and just 35 km on it, brand new. Dealer blinged up the ride to perf stuff. New possible rotor that the e90 330i caliper carrier can unlock: e46 330i performance rotors: 325mm x 25mm !!! vs the z4's 330m x 24mm http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E46-330...All/ES2228825/
