2BC0 error keeps coming back

Hi All, I finally decided to post this in the forums as I cannot figure it out.
Car : BMW 135, N55 2011, US model, MHD stage2+, vsrf catted DP/Intercooler and chargepipe. 90k miles

Had this car for a couple of years and always had some mixture codes coming up every now and then, on a drift day a year ago i got the 'engine problem, power reduced' it was due too the fuel rail sensor giving abnormal readings.
replaced the sensor, error went away no problem.

since the beginning i have been battling the 2bc0 code, it seems to happen mostly on cold starts, but not the first cold start, I could drive to work in the morning ( and be celebrating i finally fixed it) and then after the second cold start on the way back it would light up after 5 mins.

the only code i get is 2BC0 - Fuel Air mixture too lean and sometimes:
2BEA - Fuel mixture lean to large deviation

Car runs great, maybe a little raw the first 30 seconds of a cold start.

I have :
- Replaced both 02 sensors
- Replaced Air flow sensor
- Replaced Map sensor
- Replaced Fuel Rail sensor
- HPFP replaced 30k miles ago
- Smoke tested multiple times, fixed some small leaks

Having read every thread on the internet about this error it will now become expensive to further troubleshoot this.
I am about to pull the trigger on new injectors however car runs great, no issues except the damn engine light coming on with the 2BC0.

Does anyone have any other ideas on what i can do next to get this error gone, I am also tempted to get a custom MHD tune and get the whole error disabled but would rather fix the actual 'problem'.

will take any advice! thanks

In case anyone encounteres this issue in the future, the MHD tune was just a little bit too lean for my car. Got a custom tune and it fixed the issue completely.

How does one get a custom tune from MHD ?

I have the Stage 1, and reading DME codes, I see :

2BC0 - Mixture control: Fuel-air mixture too lean.

However, no check engine light.
