offset and lip size
so I found a set of wheels with a polished lip and the sizes are front 8.5 et45 and rear 9,5 et45. Now I know it's an aggressive fit for the rear wheels but my concern is not about fitment but about which lip will be bigger, the front or the rear with these type of widths and offset?

I'm sure the front will barely have a lip, rear will be much bigger. I've had many wheels with dimensions similar to what you quoted and that's always the case. I guess they just design anything smaller than 9" to not have a lip and 9" or above get a lip if it's a lip design wheel.
