Pic Request : Night Interior
One thing I don't see enough are shots of the interior at night. I can't decide on leather color. I was toying with Red because of the BMW orange/red lights at night - and then I thought lemon would "catch" the light more - and then there's classic black cabin - what I currently have now. What I'd love to see are pictures taken by somebody sitting in the back seat - showing the seats, the dash, and the road ahead.

what exterior colour are you getting? sound like price and maintenance aren't an issue for you...

I am all over the place with color. My top pics are Monaco, Jet Black, or SGM. I love the look of AW from the outside, but I think I would hate it from the cockpit - seeing a white hood. I am concerned about maintenance for Lemon - but I have a feeling of getting my money's worth with Leather - and black feels like I'm not taking advantage of the cool colors. Totally neurotic - I'm coming from black car, black interior so even though I like that setup - I may want to try something new. The most critical for me is how the car looks like from the cockpit at night - which is why I made this request. I don't see enough night interior shots on this forum.

Here is one I found.
This is the color combo I'm most leaning towards. Classy, agressive, and I feel like the money for leather went somewhere. Piano gloss trim. Black leather would be "too dark". I plan on tinting. |

Great pics. Not that I'm surprised by it, but the dash definitely has that classic night BMW look. I love it!

128i? I thought automatic HAVC are standard equipment. Another question, does your Hifi speaker rattle the trim during certain frequency,
not bass. My guess is around the 500Hz range. Not sure if it's blown speaker or just trim viberating.

Japanese cars tend to use a lot more colors... whites, blues. But that's actually murder on your night vision. The BMW and Audi's that I've driven have pretty much all-red interiors, and red is the best color to preserve night vision.
