Help Identifying This Hose?

Hello All,

First time poster, I apologize if this isn't in the correct forum. I have a 2011 135i Coupe and am having trouble identifying a hose behind the rear driver side fender liner. My fender liner detached after I had a tire blow out, and I want to make sure I'm putting it back together correctly. I've pretty well scoured the internet and haven't found anything of substance to help. If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated!

vacuum line to the exhaust flapper?

edit; I definitely think that's it. looks like a previous owner did the 'golf tee mod' with a screw.
