Need help auto gearbox issue

I have a 2007 335i m sport just under a year ago I had to have the gearbox sleeve replaced due to a leak. Then after 6 months during service we noticed oil leaking from gearbox then at times jerking use to occur sometimes when in reverse does not move. So took it back to the m3chanic that done my gearbox sleeve and t9ld them symptoms. They said they will check it for me. Then I was told i had a dault with the machtronics and that was done. Now when im driving and it changes from 3rd to 4th gear I get a hollow squeek sound and the car feels as if it seized then deives normally. please if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
