jb4 car wont start or starts then quickly dies

Hey guys I just recently picked up a 135i and it a jb4 unistall on it. Jb4 was in the box just not hooked up. The owner was showing me this and said if i wanted i could just plug it in. Anyway when i closed the hood it must of hit the box or something and the car didnt want to start. I messed with some of the wires (no idea what i did) and it started. Anyway I got home and decided to try and plug in the jb4. Now im back to car wont start or it starts and it dies. Any ideas?

Start off by taking a look at the install guide and compare it to what you have

Post up a picture of your ECU area, maybe someone can tell where you went wrong
