How to code GA6L45R junkyard transmission to VIN, E82 Coupe 128i

I replaced my transmission with one from a salvage yard. It shifts great, and works completely fine, but I no longer have sport mode, or manual mode. From what I've seen, this transmission needs coded to my VIN. I have a K DCAN cable, Port set to COM1, INPA, WinKFP, NCS Expert, NCS Dummy, etc. from Mike's Easy BMW Tools Download. I can see the car in INPA, But I don't know where to go from here. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
