Engine squeaking? Now grinding?

Girlfriend has a 135i with the n55 and she got this squeaking noise which we thought was the pully but ended up not being the tensioner pully. We also replaced one or two extra bearings but didn’t replace all of them. The mechanic mentioned that they heard it from inside the engine not the bearings. Any one ever encounter this or know what could be the issue?

Get one of these and carefully start putting it on the heads of the bolts on each pulley. If you hit something moving it will be LOUD.
