No fault code weird problem

BMW E87 116i (N43B16, ~206,000 km)
Parts already replaced:

NOx sensor
Oxygen (Lambda) sensor
MAF sensor – cleaned (not replaced)
Spark plugs – all 4 replaced (NGK ILZKBR8DS)
Ignition coil – cylinder 4 only, replaced

Current symptoms:

Fuel consumption around 12 L/100km
Cold start in the morning: noticeable RPM fluctuation/hunting at idle, smooths out once engine reaches operating temperature
Throttle response feels delayed
At low RPM: hesitation, bogging down, a "choking" sensation under light acceleration

What could be causing this?
