Use dental floss to remove the spoiler then goo gone to remove the adhesive.. going to take some muscle though as the adhesive is pretty strong stuff..... I think if you look at the DIY threads you'll find pictures and instructions on how to do this.

Use dental floss to bring up the edge and then fit a towl underneath it and just pull the towel. That is the easiest and fastest way to get the stock spoiler off. The adhesive will take some elbow grease and time to get off. 3m adhesive remover or goo gone is good for this.
