Cracked tail light
Damn it!! Just backed my 128 into a protruding post and cracked the rightside tail light
 . No damage to the body or interior fixture, just the outside lens. Does anyone know if this is something I can replace myself by ordering the lens from BMW? Thanks. |

It's a full module, I don't think you could just replace the lens. You could try to hide the crack ? any pics ?

Thanks for the reply! I taped it with clear tape as a temporary fix - doesn't look too bad, but eventually I will have to replace it. The dealership wants $240 for the whole fixture. Are the on-line OEM stores a good alternative, genuine parts?
