I like my 2009 mirrors better than the 1M, but the 1M mirrors better than the 2010 and newer 1er's. The pre-2010 mirrors own all imo.

I honestly think the 1M mirrors are the single worst part of the car. That design works on the M3, it doesn't work here. Awful.
I'm okay with the 2010+ mirrors. They're a bit more functional than the previous ones, even if the older ones were a bit nicer looking. |

I disagree. Having seen the car in the metal, I thought the mirrors looked spot-on. Nicer than the original mirrors and certainly nicer than the huge truck mirrors that afflict all recent 1 series.

I'd swap out the currents to earlier 1 series units or go for the 1M's if it were easy enough to swap them over... |
