SOS and Bluetooth malf

I was looking for 12v ignition power which i did find in the compartment located on the passenger side inthe engine. For some reason I am getting a SOS malfunction and bluetooth doesnt work. Itested the SOSand it does work but the rep said he cant see anyof the cars data. Any ideas? And has anyone gotten HID halo's to work with the car? I used a relay harness. But the lights go out after a minute and its random on which side goes out first. Using can-bus ballasts.

Fixed!! Ended up being the fiber optic connector on the drivers side panel near the brake was disconnected. Make sure it actually plugs into the panel itself
