Thoughts on new 12 128i
So I kind of want to get one of the last real BMWs and was going to order a 13 128i. Dealer has almost exactly what I want in a 2012, which they're offering to me for $6k under invoice. It has 55 miles on it.
My question is: 1. Do I lose some exclusivity by not have a 2013 2. Are there any big differences between the 12 and 13 3. Any other thoughts? Thanks!

Then it's really not that great of a deal. Without going to BMWconfig to look at the actual numbers, I'm guessing if you ordered a 2013 at $500 over invoice you are probably getting $3,500 off of MSRP. Is it worth an extra $2,500 to not get exactly what you want and have a car that is already one year old from a depreciation standpoint? It also depends on how you want to keep it, but I would pass and order a 2013 and get exactly what you want....
Good luck. |

I was planning to do euro delivery so the prices are about the same. I imagine there's still more room to negotiate on the '12 though. Maybe another $2k. Kbb on a used '12 with 100 miles on the odo is $33,700. CPO is $35,400. That's probably a good guide as to what it's worth. The fact that its new is meaningless. Maybe I should counter offer with that info.

Well I offered $34k. I think that's fair.
Can you guys tell me if it would have the newer nav interface? It has 609 nav and 615 online info.
