CSL wheels

Are the competition wheels fitted to the 1M the same wheels that are fitted to the E46 M3 CSL?

I know the CSL wheels were a lighter version compared to the ones fitted to the E46 M3CS, but I have a chance of a second hand set that I what to use to paint a different colour and wanted to know if there were any fitting issues ie wrong offset if I put them on the 1M.

They are different. The offsets will be off but close. If you really want to use them you can use spacers to have them fit properly. I would stick with the 1m wheels. If you want something lighter I would save you money and go with something aftermarket.
