Well, unfortunately my camera threw a rod on this trip so all I got are some sweet pics of cars melting. I actually have a few pics from my iPhone that might be post worthy. Does anybody have an a suggestion for an easy (and free) piece of software to download so I can blur license plates?

i just realized how poor my photo skills are...

Its probably a good practice to get in the habit of blurring them. I'm working on some of mine now. If you have a Mac there is an app called blur which seems to work ok.

I've got almost the same pics as you guys. I think we all stood around and took the same picture....each with our own camera. It's all good though you guys had better equipment than I did. Here are a few of mine.

My first attempt producing a time lapse video, so don't be too harsh.
More video and pictures to come. I'll blur plates from now on.

While tracking my car I tape over my plate to avoid future issues and as a matter of habit I normally blur or whiteout the plates during these photo shoots. You never know who in our group desires to protect their anomonimity. I personally prefer the blur or whiteout as there is probably some dirtbag sitting in a dark room in a foreign country, scouring the internet and building a database of license plates and cars and names....I know, i'm paranoid...seen too many spy thrillers.
For my car it's not as easy to hide it's identity, but for the normal colored, stock looking cars, they can remain discrete.

It's a royal pain to do that...don't worry about it unless others have expressed a desire to blur...thanks for offering...

First video is up:
Does the video looked warped in the hard turns? Not sure if it's my work PC or if YouTube's autocorrect for shaky video. Might have to upload it again...
