Does it matter whether I use a Magnaflow resonator as opposed to a Vibrant resonator? For some reason as I search threads I see people predominately using Vibrant resonators..

That looks pretty badly made.
I have a catless downpipe, custom 2.5" midpipes with magnaflow resonators (positioned where c_ozanich suggested) and a 3" muffler delete rear section (pic below). It honestly has practically no drone, it has more drone when I put the muffler back on. It is pretty loud when going WOT though. |

Okay so I've came up with 2 solutions:
1) replace mid pipe cats with resonators OR 2) put on a vibrant muffler Now my only question is in terms of both mufflers and resonators is, does it matter what brand I go with? Vibrant, magnaflow, flow master, etc. ? |
