Another Plasti Dip Creation
Was totally inspired by M_BYEEE's plasti dipped creation that i just had to give it a try. Here is my version of his design. Exaggerated the widths of the stips a little more and used a brilliant bronze pearl from Kandy Pearls with the plasti dip paint as well as a few coats of glossifer.
What do you all think? Not too bad for a girl....right? Last edited by whiteout123; 03-04-2014 at 12:30 PM.. |

Question, did you not like the style of the wheels or the color? They are actually powder coated and not dipped. |

It looks really good! I saw it pop up on instagram someone who knows my car tagged me in it. I was going to say, hey that looks familiar haha. Great job though. I love the bronze on black. I wanted to get my wheels resprayed in a similar bronze when I had my 1 but never got around to it.

I like it, dare to be different I say. And actually this is probably among the best Plati-Dipped projects I have seen.
BTW - LOVE the wheel color, wow! Mind sharing WHAT bronze specifically was used on them? I think that exact bronze shade powdercoated on a rim with a polished lip, on a white car would be

I have to give credit to Kandy Pearls and their crazy assortment of pearls they have come out with. The Plasti Dip world has really come a long way from the matte black. And thanks for the complement on the wheels. Not too many people seem to dig it. Anyways its a bronze burst powder coat. Thats actually what i wanted to do initially (polished lip) but these wheels were actually Hot Pink with a polished lip and the shop i got them from offered to powder coat the wheels for free but it had to be the whole face....I couldnt say no. |
