FMIC recommendations
I am looking to get a 5" intercooler and charge pipe. There is quite a price delta between manufaturers with Cobb, Dinan and ER being on the high end and VRSF and AMS more economically priced. So the question is, how much is too much is there really a noticeable difference between a Dinan, Cobb and ER with the shroud running upwards of 1200.00 and the other at half price. I am looking for quality ease of install( no cutting) and value. Not afraid of spending 1200, but won't if I don't have to.
Thanks

The new vrsf stepped core is 5". Vrsf is one of the most popular intercoolers. It's proven and they have great customer service. It may be in back order though. I have the original 5" and an happy with it. I will be getting there 7" in future

Since you are looking to get the 5", your only option is ETS,VRSF or Cobb.
You cannot go wrong with either one.
