VMR710s tire question
So I been playing with the numbers some and seen a few pics of different tire sizes, but not sure if that car was lowered and what not... so wanted to see if there were some thoughts on what to put on my 128i vert
VMR710 19x8.5 19x9.5 Should I go with 225/40/19 & 255/35/19 or 225/35/19 & 255/30/19? I will never likely lower my car and I have the sport package, not sure if springs are any different there. I'd like to fill out the wheel well decently, but I saw on some calculators the 40 & 35 profiles will raise the car about an inch. opinions? |

The second sizes are the proper choice. Those who don't go with those sizes usually didn't because there aren't that many tire choices in 255/30. The shorter profiles will also help avoid rubbing.
