getting to the top two tranny bolts
I have the bentley and it doesnt go into much detail regarding how to get to the top two tranny bolts.
with the rear transmission mount removed, the transmission end drops a couple inches but not enough to actually see the bolts if i pop my head into the tunnel. any thoughts? I have a 3 foot long extension. Is it just relying on luck to get the socket on the bolts? |

I am not sure and have never done this job before, but what if you loosen the nut for the left and right motor mounts so you can tilt the motor more. I feel like that is what the dealership did when they removed my dct.

good luck with that. I'll be handing this off to my local mech when the time comes.
