08 135i n54 single turbo build

Hey guys looking to document my build and get some help along the way !

Decided to go single jingle after blowing the twins on MHD stage 2+

I have a speed tech kit installed with a PSR 6766 bb

As far as fuiling I got dual 525s and BMP port injection plate with 750cc I believe I also got a reflex + with an ethanol sensor

As far as the build I took way long because of my previous job but the car has been on jacks for over a year at this point smh

Hot parts are in turbo is in as well ! Port injection is in too but not the fuel pumps currently working on relocating the coolant expansion and I also have a charge pipe with tial bov I baught used but the MAP sensor hardware was previously stripped and drilled out so I got set back on re tapping and ordered hardware.

I have a 6 speed swap too since the trans was slipping previously already . My question are as follows.

Can I install everything and turn the car on and make sure it’s safe and healthy install wise ( and at least move it ) with out a proper tune ??

I don’t want to pay for a tune then tune it again after I do the 6MT swap ?

Also does anyone whose been through this before have help on boost plumbing on waste gate I have a 4 port Mac selenoid as well.

My goal is 650 at the wheels or so then I wanna get it cleaned up nice
