I'm running 255 RS4s on my 17x9 wheels right now, it still has too much sidewall flex when you load up the fronts. I'll be moving back to a 245/40/17. Btw I've noticed the ECFs run about 10mm wider than advertised (i.e. a 245 ECF fits like a 255 RS4)

Or at least check those nuts regularly to make sure they are still tight on there.

Car sounds incredible, BTW.
Yes as others stated its the m3 nuts with extended thread underneath. Plenty of threads! Thank you!

Thanks for this. Ive noticed the 245 ECF is a bit more chunky than my 245 ECS02. Also good to know about your experience with 255's. Ill probably stick to 245's now that I know that! Cheers

shout out ZHPizza for the inspiration!

I modified oem 135i oil cooler ducting to fit my 19 row cooler. First time plastic welding, im pretty dang happy with how it turned out! Next up, I have chilledn52 's new eurobox d-style ram intake on the way to fit. Again, taking inspiration with how zhpizza installed his.

I wonder if this brace can fit. Affordable too.

Excellent work on the cooler duct! Shockingly clean for your first time plastic welding.

I also used the printables adapter and it fit good enough — just had to use some glue to fully seal the gaps. Let me see if I can dig up some pics for you...

Yep, it's a mess of pics with no annotations showing a bit of the modifications that I had to make (trimming both the adapter and airbox, then going back and filling gaps).

Edit: I see now that he actually made one specifically to fit the euro airbox so ignore my pics of the shitshow that was modifying the US airbox model to fit the euro airbox lol

Hey!
So thank you for the shoutout! Looks like you got that fitted well!
That kit does look to be the US airbox, I do have a eurobox one specific, but we are doing a revision 2 at the moment trying to improve fitment from the scan data I got

🙏🫡

Eurobox ram air intake is installed! Smooth install. I wrote up some comments on the imgur photos, I tried to upload to the forum but some of the photos were too large and I cba to resize everything. Very happy with the kit!

Oh and also I have some 17x9 et42 arc-8's in bronze waiting for me... I'll get to those later.

Clean install! Definitely jealous of you getting to use the proper adapter for the euro box after the mess I made lol
