Armrest delete panel 3D printing

Anyone ever try 3D scanning the armrest delete panel? Seems like something you could print, clean up, and maybe paint depending on print texture. I think the bracket is pretty cheap from what I see, but over 100 dollars for a stupid little piece of plastic is crazy

Bracket is like $60 and panel is like $120. Kinda annoying that it's so expensive lol, but at that price unless you have a printer and experience, I think the time saved for an OEM textured piece makes it not worth my time. I mainly don't like how noisy it is. Like, it's an arm rest, why are you making noise!
