Spare tire and jack
I plan to go with the Run Flats till they need replacing, then decide on normal tires at that time. My question: if the Run Flats are replaced by normal tires, and you carry a donut spare and jack in the trunk, how much difference will it make in the 'feel' of the car when driving? That question applies not only to the feel of then newer non-Run Flats, but also the slightly added weight to the trunk for the spare and jack.
Secondly, is there even a way to secure a donut spare and jack in the truck where it is out of the way, or will something have to be modified in the trunk? Thanks for any opinions.
