Problem with Bluetooth
I'm having issues with my bluetooth, I'm not too sure if its my phone or the bluetooth itself. I live in southern cal, several times my phone has cut off in the middle of a phone call while on the free way. Okay, I understand this happens sometimes even without using a bluetooth, once the phone call disconnects, my phone is unable to pair with the car. I have to unpair the device from my phone then try to pair both devices again.
Anyone experiencing this? Any suggestion on how I can get this resolved? Its getting pretty frustrating.

I've had the car for 9 months and the Bluetooth phone system has been exceptional.

I use the Bluetooth all the time, and I've never had it do that. I'm guessing it's the phone. Have checked to see if there are any software updates for it by any chance?
I'm using a Windows based phone FWIW. |

Can you mark places where it happened? If BT gets disconnected, your phone will continue be in call. You can test it, just forcefully terminate your car BT. However if your call got disconnected, then problem is in your phone. I know few places on freeway where my phone disconnects calls, so I warn other party in advance when I approach these areas.

I can make the places where this has taken place. During the call, the phone gets fuzzy then BT disconnects. I'm thinking I will take it in for a checkup. Just wanted to know if anyone was experiencing this.

I have noticed more dropped calls while on BT than I do using the headset by itself.

Bluetooth problem was resolved. I also expereinced numerous problem with the bluetooth such as pairing my phone with the car's BT. The SA was also able to replicate this. Hence, I got a new TCU installed. I have not experienced any more problems.,
