fuse/relay to let engine crank without starting?
I'm wondering if there is a specific fuse or relay that can be pulled which will allow me to crank the engine over without starting it?
Or, is this likely to cause a code to be thrown? |

Are you trying to prime a system or something? We have DI. I'm not sure what you could pull, maybe the coilpacks?

After changing the oil, I want to spin the engine over without cranking it so it can fill the filter housing and build oil pressure.
It's probably splitting hairs in the extreme, but if it's a case of just pulling a fuse or relay it's worth it to me. Thanks trabi, I'll check for that 20a fuse. |
