Anyone else with accelerated 1M build dates?
much to my pleasant surprise my 1M is now in production with a completion date of 6/30!! the original build week was 7/27, so i'm not sure what's happened here.
anyone else seeing similar changes to their build date? |

Same here - my car was suppose to be an 1st or 2nd week of July build and my status has changed on BMWUSA to "In production" last week!

I was told 6/22 start for mine - but on BMWUSA it showed "in production" on 6/16 and it changed to "Production Finished" yesterday (6/26).
Now the only question is how fast can it get here.... |

Same here in Austria. My delivery date was end of July but I have told yesterday that it is already in transport and arrive to the dealer this friday at the latest. So, it has been shortened by nearly a month.

Mine was suppose to be week of July 4th, but went into production this week. Hopefully it will finish this week. I better get my garage cleaned up.

I just randomly checked the BMWUSA site and saw that although my scheduled build date was recently moved up to 7/27, my car entered production yesterday. It's scheduled to be completed 7/9. Now I wonder if my PCD delivery can be moved up...

I just hope this means increased production and more allocations to be released soon. Please? Pretty please?

reverse problem - sort of
I gave my deposit to my dealer in March, granted small dealer not in a major metro, my freaking order is still sitting in his order bank, and BMW rep told him today that the order will not even be accepted by BMW until September. REALLY freakin' PO'd at the moment. Glad to hear others are getting bumped up time wise, maybe BMW will accept my order sooner than that and I can get a production number and start seeing what is going on.

Thnks Mark, but whe're not there yet! It's still listed for delivery to me in the first week of august Got my SA off guard (he wasn't in ) so I had one of his colleques on the line. Does he have the intention of putting the car in the show room for a couple of weeks? Who's to know. Have no intention of letting it happen, NO WAY |
