Thanks for sharing that information. I have not had an MRI or CAT scan done on my shoulders, so I really don't know what is there, or isn't there!
 For now I swim and play pickleball as therapies/strengthening for the shoulder and so far it is working. I avoid lifting heavy objects, unlike my behavior "years ago" lol Best wishes for a full and speedy recovery! |
