Front license plate holes

so what is the verdict on this? do the holes come pre-drilled? I also requested no front license plate drilling. Am I in for a shock when the car arrives?

They DO NOT come pre drilled. Any dealer who tells you that is blowing smoke.
If you end up with holes, just embrace the tragedy of the bracket, and make your plate look the best you can. The new brackets for the 2013 are much smaller and better contoured to the bumper, so they actually look pretty good.
