Is there any chance you have another laptop, or can borrow one? I installed mine on my macbook using parallels and a fresh XP install, so is there a chance the XP USB drivers have corrupted somehow? Mike |

Thanks Mike and Jeremy! It was a driver problem. I could not remember how to find the device manager. Once there, I noticed that the driver was not installed properly and I remedied the issue. Thanks again guys for your help.
Now that I have been able to use it, what an awesome tool it is. |

I thought I was going to have an issue as well but my room mate just picked up mine from the Post Office and did not have any problems signing for it.

So if you are leasing a BMW 135i and want the jb3 but are afraid of warranty issues.. this will clear things up?
And if something goes wrong in my car and I have to take it to the dealer I just take out the jb3, run the scanner, and take it in and I'm fine? Unrelated: Is it possible to cause problems in your car b/c of the jb3? Excuse me, I know nothing about cars Dave |

If you are worried, this is the best peace of mind money can buy. You remove the Tune, clear the codes and you're good. The JB3 is perfectly safe and a great tune. Makes the car really come alive. Mike |
