Wish places would do stuff like this once it's nice out. Like late April-may timeframe. Its still going to be snowy and the roads are gonna be shitty in February. Would love to go just horrible time. My car won't come out of the garage till end of April.

good point, but its something to break up the monotony of doing nothing for months on end. When fair weather comes around, no one wants to dyno, they want to race! Thats how i see it anyway.
It was 60* last week, who knows what the weather will be like. |

Begining of the season I would think brings the bigger dyno crowds. It was really warm last week but just like last year it's gonna be cold from here on out. I'm hoping it does hold out but I'm being realistic. I don't like driving my car when it's this cold and the giant rocks they put on the roads up here just chipping away at my front end. Bugs do it enough in the summer. I'd rather just leave her in the garage all winter. I have a feeling I'm going to be showing up though. Getting that itch and want some numbers from a different dyno than the one I've been going to the last couple year's.

I gave in and signed up for It. Hopefully some people from on here show up. Always like meeting other forum members. Last year we drove 4 hours for a meet at gw bridge in ny and that was cool to meet some people.

But clutch is near the end and would hate to get on a dyno and can't do any pulls so if I can get a new clutch and broken in on time then I'll go.

Not gonna make this. Roads are gonna be to bad. Not worth the rocks I'm going to have to take to the hood bumper and windshield to get there. Hopefully they do it again when the weather warms up and the rain cleans the roads off.

Just looked at the date again. I may be able to go. Weather depending and also if I will have my new turbos installed. As well as new tune. But I do agree. It would be better if they pushed this event to sometime mid March at least. Most of the cars are hiding and getting ready for the new car season.

Yup, about 35 people showed up, not bad considering weather. Got through about 12 cars dynoing before the snow came.
3 highest cars were a 135 (620), F10 M5 (560 FBO/JB4) F10 M5 (540 FBO/JB4) yes, that is correct, a nasty little 135 came out of nowhere and raped. Damn near if not over 700HP on a dynojet. Hybrid turbo setup. he wont say which brand and what intakes |
