Reset the windows

2008 128i e82 coupe.
I had to replace my battery, after replacing it, my driver side window does not drop 1/4 inch anymore. I tried to reset it but that doesnt seem to work. what i did,
1. place key in ignition
2. press the start button, car comes on but not starting the engine.
3. held down button all the way to the bottom for 5 sec, tried 15 sec as well.
4. roll window back up.

Nothing, did not work. what did i miss?

i just did this.

make sure the door is closed.

hold all the way down, once it hits the bottom, keep holing for 5-10 seconds,

double click up, once its up, hold 5-10 seconds...

done
